I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was also a highlight, as it was just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a queen bed.
My experience at this hotel was excellent and I have no complaints.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff was helpful. The hotel was a short walk to opera city tower. Sensible rates and high-speed internet access in the rooms. Taito district was worth staying in...

The Meiji Jingu Shrine is just a 15-minute walk from here, and there's a great restaurant called New York Bar just 500 feet away that I highly recommend for dining.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Shinjuku station's West Exit. This makes it incredibly convenient to explore the city and access various modes of transportation. Additionally, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing adequate basic facilities and a comfortable queen bed. The breakfast spread offers a satisfying variety of both international and Japanese cuisine, ensuring a delicious start to the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

the best thing was its cleanliness.
probably a little too far from the station, but my boyfriend and I were ok to take the walk.

Location in Shinjuku town.
Front desk staff are not very friendly. We have booked for 2 triple bed rooms, but staff has sold our room to other guests by mistake and gave us a twin bed room + 1 sofa bed. And the additional towels, blankets and the sofa bed were only prepared upon our complaints at the front desk. We were charged for the triple bed room price. The room and toilet are small. Although location in Shinjuku Town, but it is not easy to find and most of the taxi drivers do not sure of the hotel location.

The breakfast at the hotel was really good. The staff at the hotel were also pretty friendly and helpful when we needed directions around the area. the hotel was conveniently located near a nice park and a train station, making it easy to get around the area and explore different parts of the city.
That's where the positives end. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was way too hot and made it uncomfortable to even be inside.

I believe it will be good if the hotel indicate alternative path for hotel guest should they had bulky suitcase. It is very inconvenience to carry the suitcase all the way up to lobby. There wasnt any free wi-fi service access could be inconvenience for guest who are staying during business trip.

The location was near enough to Shinjuku Station (which is very convenient) and close to the underground tunnel from the station if the weather is bad (you can exit through the Washington Hotel which is across the road). Our room was at the front of the building and a good size. Hotel was quiet.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was just a short walk to both the train station and a variety of shopping and dining options. Additionally, we were impressed by the staff's friendly and helpful service. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable, with a good selection of traditional and western options to choose from.
Nothing not too like.

Spent Christmas at the hotel and had a great time! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. We also loved the cozy vibe of the hotel, making it feel like our home away from home.
The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating. , the rooms were on the small side, but that's to be expected in Tokyo.

Charlotte
The hotel's location in Shinjuku is one of its best features, with Tachomae subway and Shinjuku station just a short walk away. the hotel provides an easy and hassle-free shuttle service from Narita airport. The rooms are spacious and the staff is accommodating.
The breakfast options are limited, and the checkout time is too early.
